Umrah Made Simple - Preparing your Journey of Devotion. This workshop will walk you through how to prepare and perform the Umrah, described as The Lesser Hajj.
Kindly hosted by Hafiz Zakarya Gangat, the workshop will help you navigate the practical process of how to manage the practicalities of booking forms while preparing for the actual rites, inwardly and outwardly.

Eid Prayers
Eid al-Fitr day announcement and the prayer times will be announced by Cambridge Central Mosque on the night before (Eid may fall on either 30th or 31st of March - TBC).

Mill Road Winter Fair
Join Cambridge Crescent at the Mill Road Winter Fair - A celebration of community along one of the most diverse and vibrant roads in Cambridge. Programme 2: Life After Conversion - Easing New Muslims into the Community
Join us at this month’s Pizza Night as we host Ta’leef, an American-based organisation that supports people on their journey into Islam, who will share and discuss the etiquette on the prophetic call within the grassroots communities on ‘Life After Conversion - Easing New Muslims into the Community’.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was sent to mankind to perfect and refine the character of humanity (Sahih Muslim, 273).
The refinement of character is a lifelong journey and it’s not merely an individual affair for each Muslim. Muslims are part of a wider body and the entire prophetic community has been given a mantle and collective responsibility of living in accordance with the message of prophecy.

Prof. Hayward is considered to be one of “the world’s five hundred most influential Muslims,” with his listing in both the 2023 and 2024 editions of The Muslim 500 noting that “he weaves together classical Islamic knowledge and methodologies and the source-critical Western historical method to make innovative yet carefully reasoned sense of complex historical issues that are still important in today’s world.” With the title of Shaykh, Hayward has earned ijazat (teaching authorisations) in several Islamic sciences. ‘Aqidah (Islamic theology) and Sirah are his main interests.
